It with great pride and a grateful heart that I can say "I have been helping clients as their real estate advisor since 1995".  Although, I was first licensed in 1986'ish, it wasn't until almost 10 years later that I began to use my license to represent buyers and sellers with their sales and purchases.  And, here I am almost 30 years later,  still loving what I do.

I believe enthusiastically representing my client's interests, understanding their goals and having the market & negotiating expertise to get them where they need to go, has been key to building such long lasting relationships.  I believe the best business models that last, are driven by relationships, not just transactions.  Over the last 4 decades this industry has changed dramatically and transactions have become infinitely more complicated, which is why client's need and should expect competent and compassionate representation more than ever!  This business is ever changing and my client's can count on me to be up-to-date with market conditions and industry challenges.

Receiving countless industry and company awards over the years has been flattering and has afforded me the respect of my fellow professionals.  However, I learned many years ago the client does not care about all of those industry accolades...they care about only one transaction and that transaction is theirs!  In my opinion that attitude is right and appropriate.  My client's can always expect my sincere commitment to helping them achieve their real estate goals and objectives.

I may not have been born a "Native Texan" (so the saying goes) but, "I got here as soon as I could"!  My husband and I have raised our children here and now get to experience the pure joy of watching our 11 grandchildren grow up here.  With our oldest grandson gone to seek his adventure with the US Navy and others off to seek their way with higher education and job opportunities, we're confident the future of our communities will be in good hands with these kids.  My husband and I are embedded in our community through our careers, our volunteer and philanthropic passions and our huge network of friends and family across the entire metro-plex.  This is our home!  Even as long time residents, we still love exploring and discovering all the "new" Fort Worth has to offer.
